Corrections work a simple way. We check the claim against the live booking page for the tour involved, and if the listing confirms the change, the page is updated to match. Where a detail is still unclear, we say so rather than guess, because tour times and meeting points shift with the seasons.

Our Scope

This site compares tours; it does not book them. There is no order desk here, no refund processing, and no on-the-night support. If you have paid for a kayak tour in Fajardo or a boat trip in La Parguera and something goes wrong, contact the operator or the booking platform named on your confirmation email. Those teams hold your booking and can reissue or refund it. We can only fix what is written on these pages.
